Copyright & Removal Requests

This page does not claim that BrownGlobal Holdings LLC has completed a formal U.S. Copyright Office DMCA agent registration. A qualified attorney should review the service's section 512 position and any required registration before commercial launch.

Wave, owned and operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC, respects intellectual property rights and identifies third-party sources by their official names.

Third-party YouTube embeds

Live and on-demand players on Wave use YouTube embed functionality. The underlying videos and streams remain hosted and controlled by YouTube and their respective uploaders. Wave does not upload, rebroadcast, remove YouTube controls from, or claim ownership of those third-party videos.

Source attribution

Each player page should display the actual source name and a link to the source's official YouTube presence. Channel names, logos, trademarks, broadcasts and videos remain the property of their respective owners.

Requesting removal of an embed

A rights holder or authorized representative may request review or removal of a specific embed. The request should identify the exact Wave page, the underlying YouTube URL or channel, the protected work, the requester's authority, and a reliable way to respond. Requests should be sent through an official, publicly listed contact method forBrownGlobal Holdings LLC.

The Company may temporarily disable or permanently remove an embed while reviewing a credible request. Removing a Wave embed does not remove the underlying video from YouTube; requests concerning the underlying upload may also need to be submitted through YouTube's own copyright process.

No public-domain movie catalog

The former Internet Archive movie catalog has been removed. The current on-demand catalog lists official YouTube collections from named sources and does not represent third-party films as Wave-owned works.

Formal DMCA designation

If the Company later seeks reliance on a U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act safe harbor that requires a designated agent, it should publish the required agent information and register the same information with the U.S. Copyright Office before describing anyone as its registered designated agent.
