Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current free-viewing site. It must be updated before accounts, payments, targeted advertising or additional analytics tools are activated.

This Privacy Policy describes information practices for Wave, a service owned and operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC.

Current account status

Free live and on-demand viewing does not require a Wave account. The site is not currently collecting subscription passwords or payment information, and Premium checkout is not active.

Basic technical information

The hosting platform and security providers may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, error logs and security events. This information may be needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site.

YouTube embeds

The site uses embedded YouTube players, including the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain where practical. Loading or playing an embed can still connect your browser to YouTube or Google services. YouTube and the uploader may process data, set technologies permitted by your browser, apply regional restrictions and serve advertisements under their own policies.

Analytics and advertising

The current interface includes advertising placeholders outside video players. Before any analytics or advertising provider is activated, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated to name the provider and explain the data involved.

Children

The Service is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly request personal information from children. Embedded content remains subject to YouTube's own audience, privacy and advertising rules.

Future features

If accounts, subscriptions, Stripe payments, email notifications or personalized features are added later, the applicable data practices, retention periods, legal bases and user choices must be disclosed before those features launch.

Rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under applicable law. Requests should be made through an official, publicly listed contact method for BrownGlobal Holdings LLC. The Service does not currently publish a dedicated Wave privacy email address.
