Terms of Use
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Wave(the "Service"), owned and operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Wave organizes links and embedded players for selected official third-party YouTube live channels and on-demand collections. Free viewing does not require a Wave account. A paid subscription is not currently active.
2. Third-party YouTube content
Third-party videos and live streams remain hosted and controlled by YouTube and their respective uploaders. Channel names, trademarks, logos, broadcasts and videos belong to their respective owners. The Company does not claim ownership of, rebroadcast, or control that content and does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Playback, availability, regional restrictions, YouTube branding and advertisements shown inside an embedded player may be controlled by YouTube or the uploader. A stream may stop, change, become unavailable, or disable embedding without notice.
3. Free access
Listed YouTube embeds are available in the free section and are not sold as Premium access. Users may be shown Wave advertising outside an embedded player, but Wave does not insert advertisements into a third-party YouTube stream.
4. Future Premium service
A future paid service may be offered only for programming owned by the Company or distributed under appropriate rights. Any future prices, billing terms, renewal rules, cancellation terms, eligibility requirements and payment processor disclosures will be presented before checkout is activated. Planning prices shown on the Service are not an offer to sell and may change.
5. Eligibility
You must comply with the laws and platform rules that apply where you live. If a future paid account requires a binding contract, a minor may need permission and participation from a parent or legal guardian.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Service, bypass YouTube controls, misrepresent the source of content, scrape protected data, introduce malicious code, infringe another person's rights, or use the Service unlawfully.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A THIRD-PARTY CHANNEL, VIDEO, EMBED OR FEATURE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BROWNGLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT.
9. Governing law
These draft Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to attorney review and any mandatory consumer-protection law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Questions or rights requests should be sent through an official, publicly listed contact method for BrownGlobal Holdings LLC. The Service does not currently publish a dedicated Wave legal email address.
